BE A GOOD NEIGHBOUR
Thursday, December 9th, 2010Having already experienced very cold weather, and with the threat of worse to come, we urge you to be prepared. The elderly are at their most vulnerable at this time of year, so if you have elderly neighbours please keep a check on them.
Have a stock of salt or sand on hand and do your bit by keeping paths clear of ice and snow. Keep a stock of tinned food just in case you cant get to the shops and lastly keep warm, plenty of thin layers are better than one thick jumper. Don’t let bad weather catch you out.
